Senior Pastor - Dennis Parish |

Brother Dennis has served as pastor of Needham Road Baptist/The Church at 242, since November, 1996. Brother Dennis has served in several churches in Texas and New Mexico . His ministry here has seen the church grow from a total of 8 his first morning to what she has become today. Pastor Dennis also serves as the Moderator of the South Texas Baptist Association, and serves the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention as a member of the Executive Committee for the East Texas Baptist Family Ministries. Brother Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling Psychology. He and his wife of 33 years, Karen, have two grown children and 7 grandkids. Minister of Music—David Parish |

On April 28th, 2007, Needham Road Baptist Church welcomed her newest staff member, David Parish. As Minister of Music. Bro. David comes to us with many years of experience in music ministry working with adult choirs, youth ensembles, children’s choirs, and instrumentalists; as well as directing and arranging cantatas, musicals, and dramatic presentations. David, and his wife Holly, bring a fresh and exciting newness to this area of ministry in our fellowship, along with their 5 children: Bethany, Carys, Allyson, JAK, and Kayleigh. |

Minister to Students—Joe Fernandez |

In 2001 Joe Fernandez came to serve on staff at Needham Road Baptist/ The Church at 242, in the position of Student Minister. He and his wife Kerri have a passion and heart for students. Joe brings a love for Christ and for students to this work and the students love him. Joe and Kerri have a two sons, Ryan and Luke. |
